We will exchange the product or issue you a credit or whichever you prefer. Sorry, but we do not accept returns on non-defective product that has been opened simply because you do not like it. You must contact us for an authorization of your return prior to sending product back. We reserve the right to refuse any return that is sent back without authorization.
